The actual delivery charge will be calculated for you on the checkout pages prior to acceptance of your order.
Orders shipped from the UK to the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
Refusing to pay these charges and rejecting delivery may result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct the original shipping cost
- Deduct any return-to-sender or handling fees charged by the carrier
- Issue a reduced refund, or no refund at all if the parcel is lost or damaged in transit back to us.
