28 Day Returns
If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 28 days to return your order for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned with the original receipt/invoice, unworn and in their original condition, including all packaging. If you do not have the receipt/invoice we will only offer an exchange or refund voucher at the last known selling price.
Non-faulty items outside of the 28 day period
Where items are not faulty and are returned outside of the 28-day period, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund. We will consider cases on individual merit and if appropriate a refund of the last known selling price will be issued in voucher format.
Faulty items outside of the 28 day period upto 6 months
Where the manufacturer confirms an item is faulty we will replace this or offer a suitable replacement of the same value.
We cannot accept returns of personalise/customized, made-to-order helmets. shoulders pads and apparel unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty. Please be aware that the Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000 does not apply to personalised item or goods made to a customers specification. Before placing your order please be careful to check sizing/customisation information is entered incorrectly.
Our Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse non-faulty items returned to us which are not in a re-saleable condition These goods may be returned to you at your expense. Your Statutory Rights: Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Arrange a Free UK Return
We offer a free Royal Mail returns service for all returns under 2kg and smaller than 61cm(L) x 46cm(W) x 46cm(D). If your return exceeds this then you must arrange your own return using the 'Larger Item Returns' section below. Please note: this service cannot be used for returning products such as Shoulder Pads, Helmets and other large equipment.

Step 3: Print your Royal Mail label and stick it to the packaging of your return. Please ensure you include the completed Returns Form inside your package.
Larger item returns
For larger items the return cost must be arranged and paid by yourself. You can use any delivery/courier service you wish to send your parcel back to our warehouse. However, for your convenience we have selected some well-known delivery companies (shown below) which provide an online service, allowing you to pay online and print your return label.
All of these delivery companies require you to enter the weight of your parcel. We recommend weighing your parcel to get an accurate weight. If you don't have the ability to weight your parcel, your original Football America invoice shows the weight of each item you have ordered. This can be used, combined with the weight of your box/packaging.
