We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem!
In Store Purchases
For purchases made in-store, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 28 days of the purchase providing the item is returned with the original receipt, is unworn and in its original condition, including all packaging. Without a receipt we will exchange or refund in voucher format at the last known selling price.
For purchases made on-line, we will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 28 days of purchase providing the item is returned with the original invoice, is unworn and in its original condition, including all packaging.
Sale / Reduced Items
We will be happy to exchange or refund goods within 28 days of purchase providing the item is returned with the original receipt/invoice, is unworn and in its original condition, including all packaging.
We will exchange or refund sale items in voucher format.
DekoPay Finance Purchases
We will be happy to refund your total order within 14 days of purchase under your right to cancel. We are unable to refund part orders or single items.
Once your order has arrived back into our warehouse we will cancel your finance agreement. You will receive an email from the Finance company confirming the cancellation and refund of your deposit. If you wish to exchange an item of the same value or more, you can do this within 28 days of the purchase.
PayPal Credit Purchases
The standard terms of our Refund/Exchange policy apply. All refunds will be made via your PayPal Credit account. Once returned to your PayPal Credit account, the credit will be available to you as part of your limit for all your future PayPal Credit purchases, including future instalment offers with us.
Non-faulty items outside of the 28 day period
Where items are NOT faulty and are returned outside of the 28-day period, we reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund. We will consider cases on individual merit and if appropriate a refund of the last known selling price will be issued in voucher format.
Faulty items outside of the 28 day period - upto 6 months
Where the manufacturer confirms an item is faulty we will replace this or offer a suitable replacement of the same value.
Our Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse non-faulty items returned to us which are not in a re-saleable condition. These goods may be returned to you at your expense.
Your Statutory Rights
Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Arranging a Return
Step 1 - Complete Returns Document
Download and complete ours returns document and pop it into the parcel with your return.
Be sure to fill out all the details correctly so our returns department can deal with your return as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Step 2 - Choose which Delivery Service to use
You are free to use any delivery service you wish to send your parcel back to our warehouse. However, for your convenience we have selected some well known delivery companies (shown below) which provide an online service, allowing you to pay online and print your return label.
All of these delivery companies require you to enter the weight of your parcel. We recommend weighing your parcel to get an accurate weight. If you don't have the ability to weight your parcel, your original Football America invoice shows the weight of each item you have ordered. This can be used, combined with the weight of your box/packaging.
