If your order is below 2kg in weight it will be dispatched via our Royal Mail Untracked service. This is an untrackable service, but does give confirmation once delivery has been taken.

If your order is above 2kg in weight it will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service. You will receive additional tracking information from UK Mail once your parcel has been processed at their depot.

Saturday Delivery Tracked - £19.95
Orders placed before 2pm on the Fri.
Highlands, Islands & NI are a two day service may take longer to deliver. 'Business Days' excludes Saturday (except Saturday Delivery Option), Sundays & Bank Holidays.

**Please bear in mind that whilst we try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, this cannot always be achieved during busy periods such as Christmas & during sales.

Delivery - Frequently Asked Questions
How can I change my delivery address?
Once an order has been placed, providing it has not been picked ready for dispatch you can contact us to see if we can change the address for you.
If your order has already been placed you've got to be quick though, as our warehouse gets packing pretty quickly to make sure your order arrives with you as fast as possible. It's best in this situation to call us on 0800 917 4245 rather than e-mail. We can't guarantee that we can change the delivery address (but we'll do our best!) so please take extra care when selecting your delivery address.
Can I change my delivery date?
Once your order has been submitted, you are unable to change the date of your delivery. However, if you selected express delivery you will be contacted when the order is going to be delivered and give you the option to change the delivery date with the courier company. Standard delivery is delivered via Royal Mail and therefore you will not have this option.
How can I track my delivery/order?
When you place an order you will get a confirmation email first, and then you will get a dispatch email when the item has been dispatched and on it's way to you. If the delivery option you have chosen includes online parcel tracking a link to this will be included on the dispatch email. You can also find tracking reference in your order history information by going to my account after logging in, and reviewing your ORDERS.
I chosen the 'Standard Delivery' method, can I track this?
All orders placed using the "Standard Delivery" option are are sent by Royal Mail 48 Hour and are not trackable during transit. They are however trackable once the parcel has been delivered, this is to confirm delivery.
